I come here several times a week and usually order the same thing. Love their breakfast club house; fast, friendly service as well and a lot of unique & local offerings like kombucha on tap and locally made sodas.
Five star simple deli sandwiches for 8... Soft chewy fresh bread, big selection of quality meats, veg, cheeses, sauces, and dressings. The coffee is great too, but I go there for a lunch that will fill me up for about ten bucks.
Incredible! They have several vegetarian and vegan options, serving muffins and smoothies, as well as having a whole hot lunch menu. I thoroughly enjoyed my Black Bean Avo burger with lots of veggies on it, and the Veggie Rice soup was INCREDIBLE! Plenty of dill and a wide variety of veggies made it so good I took an extra bowl to go for tomorrow. My only request would be to offer a washable cup for their on tap kombucha. Fabulous coffee and lunch spot with antique bikes on the walls and Bob Ross teaching how to paint on the TV.
The value of this place is untouched. 7.75 for a salmon sandwich with real salmon (not even canned), lots of veggies, and good bread. Plus they’re so friendly!! The best healthy lunch spot around. Update: tried the soup, also great!
Love this little cafe. The family that runs it is just lovely. The food is delicious, prices are fair. Definitely check this spot out.
It's a cool, independent cafe with personality and reasonable prices. I enjoyed the tomato soup, a veggie sandwich and a matcha latte. There are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options in the sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups, but unfortunately not in the "hot lunches" category. The menu is designed with nutrition in mind and I appreciate that they have items like quinoa, sprouts and avocado. The service was friendly and authentic, and I have to bump them up to 5 stars for that since it's so rare. It lifted my spirits a bit to have lunch here instead of a chain.
Tried out The Bike Shop Cafe and was thoroughly impressed. The roast beef sandwich was fantastic! The toppings were fresh and delicious, adding a great crunch and flavour to every bite. The Earl Grey Tea Latte was brewed perfectly and very comforting. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, making it a great spot to relax. The service was quick and efficient. Savannah, in particular, was super helpful and made my experience memorable. Will definitely be back!
